hiya, just a quick question, I am currently in the process of compiling a f&f settlement letter due to having to move to Turkey for the foreseeable future due to family issues. Please can somebody advice me if it is possible for me to forward my offer to my IP via e-mail or if they have to be sent via post
kind regards
Lisa

Hi, I'm not sure how they would feel about an electronic signature? it's worth asking the question. I would think to attach it to an email and then post a hard copy would be better but that is only my opinion.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

I made an f&f offer by email. I was borrowing the funds from my mother in law, I just had to scan a letter from her to say she was lending me the money.
Hope this helps.
Now the wait for completion certificate!!

Email would be fine in my firm. It is a perfectly acceptable way of commumnicating in business these days.

Am sure email will be fine ...it appears using an envelope and stamp these days is a little old fashioned !!

Hi, Due to circumstances out of my control I entered a IVA last April, Owing £13,771 IVA £7,200 repayments of £100 per month for next 6 yrs. I am a home owner recently just lost my job. My family are willing to help me out with the IVA . What figues should I realistically offer dfd for a settlement figure.

Many Thanks

Hi. Your starting point for a F&F should be the remaining number of payments due x the monthly amount ( plus an allowance for any equity the creditors might be expecting).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
