Hi.. Received my completion certificate - what a feeling!! All I can say to everyone out there, is keep going, when its over, the feeling of relief is overwhelming and satisfaction that we did our best to pay what we owed. My details are off the insolvency register and the IVA was removed from Equifax. However, one week later they added a certificate of satisfaction which refers to the IVA. I dont understand why they have done this but can anyone confirm if i contact them that they will remove it? we are well over the 6 year period so I dont understand what they have done.

Okay thanks Lulu will do. All a bit sneeky I think given that they removed it all together to start.

Just ask them to take it off, seems a lot of cases end up here, just as well you spotted it as it would stay on there indefinately.

Its not hard to get them to remove it.

Dont go there!!!! Years ago before I was in an IVA I lost count of how many letters I wrote to Experian and Equifax. They are very sneaky and I don't trust them at all!!!! I was on their list for a loan I never had and god I was pulling my hair out with them. If you do get your credit file as I have now requested check every detail.
