7 months is really long.

How many times have you been called in that period with updates etc?
Thanks,

Paul

7 months is a long time cunningstunt, but not when you read other posters have been waiting 1-2 years. I have NEVER had an update call/email from them. I have made every contact. Granted, my CO responds quickly, but ALWAYS with the same response every time, which is getting me nowhere. It's totally maddening, as I cannot even get to liaise directly with my IP - as you probably well know. x

I'm trying not to get too annoyed. It's nearing 10 months for me - pushing me nearer the 7 year mark!

Silly question - did their mass variation allow the IVA to run indefinitely?

Insist on speaking directly to your IP - and get it from the horse's mouth as to what is causing the delay and in what timescale they expect to have this resolved. Insist on weekly updates of progress if necessary.

Must admit my final payment is in July 2013, and I have already been told by Kingsgate that it'll take at least two months to get a completion certificate (c.c)
I did ask them if I can go ahead and get a car-loan after my last payment and they said that as long as I inform them whilst I wait for c.c, they have no objection and will put something in writing to me.
I don't think its much to ask to get the c.c within a month of finishing the IVA.
That's terrible everyone has to wait so long for it.

I've just spoken to PP again and I should have my letter to say I've made my final payment today.

Logging into Payplanpro shows the final payment in there but it also shows I'm due another payment but they have said thats because they need to update their system.

I will keep everyone in the loop!
Thanks,

Paul

Dear All
Regarding Completion certificates
You need to speak to the right people. If there is a genuine reason for you wanting your completion certificate they will help. Like they did with me but everyones circumstances ate different.
I got my completion certificate within a couple of months. But I did have genuine reasons to ask for the process to move faster

I made my final payment to PP back in feb 2012 and I'm still waiting on my CC. Each time I speak with them it's the same response of "ASAP" or "in due course". The last time I rang I was put through to manager who said they'll escalate but this was some weeks ago now...
