As per the title. Should I have to do anything. Or just sit and wait?.

Should I contact Karol her advise would be great :-)

Hope to get my IVA sorted in 12wks. Is this realistic?

Thanks, Rappy

Hi Rappy and well done ! In your position I would contact GT through Karol to make sure all is in hand. 12 weeks would be optimistic at the best of times. !2 months might be nearer the mark at the moment ( sorry to burst your bubble. )

Karol can be contacted on ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com

Be sure to put only "IVA Forum" in the subject line, this will ensure the mail is directed to Karol.

It will be a miracle if GT can sort out your PPI quickly. Hope you are not left disappointed and good luck. Today is another milestone for us. 21 months today since we made our last payment . Now you you know why I am not hopeful that it will be quick.
