I don't live close but could spare you a bit of money I have just been paid ..I thought I'd lost my months pay pre IVA When my wages went to old account luckily I got to cashpoint before they were informed so I remember the panic and tears, I can post to you
Emma I remember when I first posted I had numerous boiler problems and had to take a payment break to cover these and increase my payments to pay off the arrears, looking back times were hard. One day I got up and broke the zip on my only pair of work trousers. Someone who will remain nameless (their choice) on this forum sent me a voucher to buy a pair! I will never forget that and would always extend my hand of kindness to anyone in a similar situation.
The IVA got a lot easier for me and now I am in a position to help others so do let us know if you need anything.
I hope the letter from your IP goes to help to getting your money back.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
sorry dont want to come across as being swarmy or disingenuous but I just read this thread and I want to say that the people on this forum are simply the best!!!!!!
