Help!!! HSBC have frozen my bank account. I have not eaten since Friday

I agree with you all.

we have a few food banks in my county, and I am in Essex Emma and travel a lot, so if you want me to bring you shopping, just let me know. x
Started IVA 27th Feb 2012 - Due to complete 27th Jan 2018 !!

Full & Final submitted and accepted 30th March 2015, paid 10th April 2015 - 3 yrs 1 month into IVA :)

Completion Certificate received- 30th April 2015!!

Emma.....your local council will have access to food banks, they will also have a list of support networks that will be able to offer assistance such as the Salvation Army...... I have a £20 sainsbury's voucher here that I won in a local raffle at Christmas...I am more than happy to send it to you....anything I can do to help.....if you live near Dunstabe I can deliver it to you....just say the word x

I love Cambridge!! Not too far from me Emma and if you need help then please do not hesitate to ask because I could be with you within 45mins. As to you banking situation, I am not certain of the legal position but I have a feeling it will be a struggle to get your funds back from HSBC as I assume the loan will be included in the IVA. Have you read the T & C 's of your loan as it may mention what happens if they are made aware of a forthcoming insolvency.x
