Hi Michael
It might be worth you entering GT in the search above and so you can see the many ohter posters and whats helped them etc, it seems common place for clsoures for the larger firm for completion to take ages!!
IVA completion and certificate received 08/10/2012!!!

HI Michael
Might need to be a little more patient, GT are not the best at the moment, many many posters in the same boat as you and some for nearly twice as long as you, if you can it would be good to try and contact Karol on
ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and ensure that "IVA Forum" is all that is entered in the subject line of the email, Karol does seem to get some answers for some people so its work a try for starters.
Took The plunge and made the call, changed our family life and we have never been happier. Debt free and wont go back..... IVA was by far the best thing we ever did to teach us the real value of Family and money

Its no fun waiting... I am trying to look for the positive about GT... I guess better to be waiting for closure than the outcome of initial set up.. Not much comfort though when you can see the end but someone hasn't hit print on the final pieces!
