Not unless they have conducted another sneaky merger with the rest of the IP world not knowing about it. I think your creditor has got their wires crossed!

Hi bulldog

Unless I've missed a memo(!), Freeman Jones is still part of Think Money Group, which is an independent business. We have no connection with GT.

Happy Christmas!

the creditor in question was apex i asked them if they could get a certain thing removed from my credit report,i was told by apex that they do not deal with it and i would have to speak to GT as they are dealing with it on their behalf. i said to apex that my old iva is not GT but with FJ and then was told that it was all
running under the same company ie: a sister company

not sure my self but you never know these days who owns who

Hi. What Apex mean is that GT are representing them in the IVA. GT has a branch of the organisation which acts on behalf of creditors.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
