Many do have babies whilst in an IVA. The IP will do a fresh I&E and work out where to go from there.
Many new proposals allow the IP the discretion to reduce by up to 15% without going back to the creditors, anything more than that would have to be agreed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Excellent advice from Foggy. Neither IP's or creditors expect life to be on hold for the whole term of an IVA.

IVAs need to be flexible enough to cope with life's happy events - and you should never put your life on hold for want of paying a few unsecured creditors.

To divert momentarily, Mel, do you ever sleep?
Dazie, go ahead and build a family. Ok so you owe a few quid, like all of us, but the happiness a little one would give you is fab-u-lous.

I've often wondered that of Mel, maybe why she is always on her toes and doesn't need reference numbers for her clients!

I get lots of sleep thanks The Artist - but generally manage very well on 6 hours a day and have always been a bit of a late night person!
