Hello,

I completed my IVA with Synergy around 2-3 years ago and never received my completion certificate.

I can no longer contact Synergy, can anyone give me any advice or contact details for them?

Thanks

Thank you. I have rung the number on the site Gemma has supplied. Looks as though that it is now them. I finished my IVA 3 years ago and never received a completion certificate, so I am chasing it up. Thank you both for your help.
Mick

Back to square one. That is not the same company. The company I am trying to get hold of is Synergi. The Supervisor was Colin A Sefton. Can not find it anywhere. They were based in Chesterfield, Derby
Anymore help please :-(

Synergi were taken over by cleardebt. Use their website first mate. Also try 01246284633. I started mine with Synergi and finished it with Cleardebt as they changed part way through. Hope that helps!

I did have a look at my score last year and it was showing green with a score of 999. I havent a clue what that means. How do I check if I am on the Insolvency Register.
I finished my IVA 3 years ago. I paid into it for 6 years

Believe it or not, its a public register online - google it and follow the steps. Here you go http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/

Credit score of 999, you cannot get higher. Well done

Speak to Cleardebt and ask them to send you a copy of your completion letter - hopefully they will have had your file transferred across.
