My IVA was compleated in October, but there is still a resriction on my house. I have tried to contact Kingsgate several times by e-mail and telephone, but no response. How long dose it normally take before the restiction is lifted

Hi and welcome.

I believe it will stay on there until you get your completion letter.

Wow, Army4917 -- that was fast ! Probably faster than the Land Registry works !!!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

It was quick and I agree with Foggy that they probably don't work that fast.

Hi

Do you have your actual completion certificate and is you name now off the online insolvency register ?

I'm not sure how long the restriction stands but I would still ask the question to a professional and hopefully one of our experts can give you some guidance. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Restrictions over properties should be removed as soon as the case is closed - and this should form part of the closure process. At the end of the day this involves merely filling in an RX4 form and sending it off to H M Land Registry. It might be better if you speak to your IP directly on this point.
