Hi People,

Hope you are all well.

A question if anyone can help? I obtained a CCJ against an individual for an injury and they did not attend court and I do not know where they live now. How can I go about enforcing it based on the lack of details I have.

Hi Ray, nice to see you and hope you are well.

No idea on this one - it may be that you have to seek some legal advice.

Sorry I can't be of any more help.

Thanks Jan will probably go down the legal avenue.

I am still out of work, coming up to 6 months now. It is so hard out there job wise lost count of the amount of applications I have made but I am sure something will come up soon.

I suggest that you use a tracing agent who will work with you on a "no win/no fee basis". We use some good ones within the practice who I would be happy to recommend, and they enjoy a good success rate. Contact me off-line if you are interested in getting the details.
