Hi

I've been reading the horror stories of some posters waiting months for their completion certificate and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with Kingsgate?

I made my last payment in August and they have advised they allow their closure team 3 months for completion. This takes me to December as my 5 year anniversary date was in September.

I hope it works put like that (:

No harm in giving them a call to see whether they are on target for this Chezza. I see no reason for something to take three months, when they will have to submit an annual report at the two month period in any case. They should turn the annual report into a final report to save everyone's time.

Hi Chezza well done on completing!, you are the very first person I have seen on here who is with the same company as me Kingsgate. I have been with them 2 yrs this month and submitted all my paperwork 3 wks ago to them for my annual review. I am interested in your dealings with them if you don't mind. a) did you send in your wage slips each month or just the last 12mths on request at review time? b)Did they take nearly 3 mths to notify you the outcome of your review (they did this to me last yr which I think is a very long time to wait) c) did they send you a letter saying someone would contact you re any PPI...then nobody did) d) Have you made any PPI claim via Kingsgate in time for your closure? Please keep us posted as to how long they take to send you the closure certificate. like you I read the horror stories on here about closures. Well done again for making it to the end it must be a fab feeling :)

My IVAwith Kingsgate finnished in June 2012. I jANUARY 2012 I had an e-mail from them saying they had a 3 month period in which to finalize my I.V.A (22 JULY-22OCT 2012) I recieved my completion documents on 31 oct. So I think Kingsgate are pretty good

hi. I'm with kingsgate too. I've just sent off my paperwork for my 4th review. I have to say that they have been very good so far and Its nice to see others have good things to say about them too. I Did the ppi thing with them at my last review and I'm waiting for a payment to send them any day now. It's taken forever to sort the ppi but that was down to barclays rather than kingsgate. I'm looking forward to receiving my completion certificate in around 15months time!
Whoop Whoop!!

Hi All

Thank you for the responses.

isseymyake - My answers are:

a) I sent my wage slips at 3 month intervals to begin with but they stopped sending the envelopes however my employer moved to electronic payslips so I just emailed them in the last few months.

b) Review outcomes did sometimes take a while (not sure it was as logn as 3 motnhs though).

c) Kingsgate called me regarding PPI and transferrred the same phone call to Simms Charmichel.

d) My PPI claim is still in progress but Kingsgate havent advised if it will effect closure - thats a direct question i will be asking.
