Hi there and welcome to the forum.

Are you up to date with your mortgage/rent?

Why not pick up the phone tomorrow and talk to 2 or 3 professionals. You will find a list at www.iva.com and once you make that first call the others will become easier.

All debt solutions can be discussed that are relevant to you and all advice is free x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Difficult to advise with such scant information Ericcaz, but in principle if you have debts you cannot afford to repay then an insolvency practitioner will find a solution for you. I would give someone a call soonest, to set your mind at rest about all of the options - all of which are also suitable for self-employed people.
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Ericcaz..............most importantly....you are not alone.
The advice on this forum changed my life. Im just over half way through my iva...it isn't easy and will require lifestyle changes you wouldnt of thought of yourself, but its not impossible. Melanie and her team are amazing.
