I started my IVA in June 2006 and due to various delays it completes at the end of October.
I was wondering what happens at the end?
we have a charge against our property, how do we get that removed?
I just want to know when it will be over and I can feel like I have got my life back it has been a long 6 years and 4 months.
thanks[:D]

Hi,
Your IP company will have to do final distribution of funds and, if there is anything to do with PPI, that will have to be sorted as well so it might be a while before you get your completion letter.
Your IP will remove the restriction once everything is completed and they will also inform the Insolvency Register.
Which company are you with?

I would rather not say which company I am with as I have a very low opinion of them. Once I have my completion certificate I will happily tell you all about them. Thanks for the reply I thought that you always got your certificate within 3 months. It seems unfair that they can drag it our longer than that.

There has been a problem with VAT and with PPI claims.
Have you had to claim PPI at all?
