Hi Mel - it's my Mum's money to offer so she's calling the shots now and she wants a professional to handle it for her. I've been written out of the process completely LOL! I'll only find out whats going on when they get the result!! The problem is that VN don't see me relocating home as a justifiable reason for increasing my expenditure and won't support the proposal. It seems pretty silly to put a proposal in without support. So the professionals will work thing out between themselves. But I can't put my life on hold forever and while I live over 100 miles away from home (regularly up to 4.5 hours drive on the congested motorways)my boyfriend and I are putting off marriage and children which isn't good at our age. I hope VN come around because they have been very good until recently to be fair and I don't feel comfortable being on bad terms with them.

Hi BofL, if your issue is not already resolved please email me on gareth.buckley@vardennuttal.co.uk and I will look into your case and see where your offer is up to.

Based on what you have mentioned on the forum it sounds like your circumstances will significantly change and therefore putting an offer to creditors is a very reasonable approach.

Good Luck Bol,thanks Craig for your input on my question,as i was fortunate to conclude my IVA with a F&f offer,i,m very pro doing this where possible,so any advice for posters is more than welcome. Its good to have another proffessional onboard.Starting out with a IVA is very daunting on your own.

I know its been a long time since i posted a comment, but bthanks for your help.
Back in march i paid a full and final with varden nuttall.
First thing to say is that i was really pleased with the service i received from all the people i deal with there.
However it is sept i i havent received a confirmation that this has been completed.
i need this to send to all my crediters (i know they will have a copy but just in case),but most important is i need to send one to the credit agency (experian etc)
I have spoken to Garath from VN who has help me and i would like to know if there is anything i can do to speed up the process.
VN said that the delay was to do with the ppi claims but itis out off there hands.
Any advise would be really helpfull.
kindest regards
craig

Is Gareth able to tell you what is causing the delay and when you can realistically expect to receive your completion certificate?

hi Melanie

I have only spoen to Gareth through this forum.
When i spoke to VN they said the delay was more than likely to do with the PPI claims.
Through this i was hoping Gareth would be able to answer the question.

What do you think i should do apart from what i have done already?
Manythanks for your help

Good for you - but do try and speak directly to Gareth as he is a helpful chap and will want to investigate your case for you.
