Hi and welcome to the forum.

It's highly unlikely that you would be refused. If you can't afford the payments then you are insolvent.

If you are having problems, have you spoken to your IP to see if they can help? How far into your IVA?

Hi there
Have you discussed having a Variation Meeting to get your payments reduced.
I did this after 24 months and almost halved my payments.
They can sometimes write any money you have fallen behind on providing the Variation Meeting excepts your new Proposal.
