Another Noddle Question

After reading other posts on here, I have been and got my Noddle report.

It shows the IVA, my current account, my mobile phone agreement and a load of closed accounts, but it also shows a defaulted credit card.

I have been and checked back through all my IVA paperwork and the card was definitely included in the agreement, and they voted in favour of the agreement - and it is from the same bank as where my own and joint bank accounts were which aren't showing on the file as being open or defaulted.

The payment history shows they are receiving payments into it so everything seems to be proceeding properly - I'm just wondering if I should be concerned that it is on there showing as an open defaulted account when nothing else is?

Hi

It is the original default date that matters which should be no later than the IVA start date.

It is perfectly normal with Noddle to see the acount being defaulted each month (red circles) but as soon as six years expire from the original default date they will all drop off.

Ok, the one showing on my file is fine, the default date is before the IVA date. However, on hubby's file there are 4 open, defaulted accounts all with a default date later than the IVA date, some by a couple of days, some by a couple of weeks, one by a couple of months.

Should I do something to rectify this?
