i have my last iva payment next month and am in desperate need of a car as mine is a pile of junk!!!! i am wondering what is the situation with car credit/loans/lease hire ect. i have no spare money but would love a decent RELIABLE car. any advice really appreciated thanks nathan.

Hi,

You could try either carloans4u or Moneybarn. They are very good with people who have a less than perfect credit rating.

You will but at least you will have a reliable lateish model car. There aren't that many car companies willing to lend to those just out of an IVA.

I've been trying to figure that out too! My hubby has an allowance from his company for a car but normal lease companies are understandably choosy, he is no longer in an IVA debt paid in full plus stat int and fees but still difficult!
