Usually a few days after you receive your CC.

You have to wait for that letter - until then your IVA hasn't been completed. It won't drop off the register until then.

I was with GT see my footnote below. GT notify the Insolvency Register when they issue you your certificate, I didn't have to do any, just checked each day after I had my certificate and I was soon off....no trace:)
IVA finished Oct 2011, CC received 27 April 2012, No longer on Insolvency Register 01 May 2012. Jan 2013 - all Credit Files squeaky clean :)

Hi,

You are right it does say it can take 3 months. It's just me being impatient. I must learn the art of patience & should be a pro at it after being with GT.I have thoughts that perhaps GT havn't informed them. I'll just keep checking every day.

Thanks

It really depends on the workload of the Insolvency Service, but I do believe that they have speeded up of late, and some cases I have recently closed have been removed from the register within days.

You could send Copy of your certificate and a letter to them and they will act on that .....they did for us

Hi i was with GT i received my completion letter on June 12th, i checked the IR on Monday the 18th and was gone.

How long does it take to drop off the CRA's, i reached the 6 year anniversary on the 2nd August.

Hi olydak

By rights they should have gone by now.

I would check them all now and if any are showing then ask the CRA to remove them.
So far I have found Noddle to remove data bang on the day (although it only updates once a month), Experian around 1 day later and Equifax have took the longest to remove data by a couple of days.
IVA Official Completed 27th July 2012!!!

Hi stormsylv, Thankyou for the reply i signed up with Noddle and all is well, everything is green, the score is very low at 1/5 should improve over time. Its a strange feeling that everything is finally over, its like, what happens now? Suppose it'll take a while to sink in.

Regards David.
