it seems 21 days applies to everything DFD, when i asked about contacing creditors its always '21 days'!!
IVA completion and certificate received 08/10/2012!!!

just an update, have finally got an answer from DFD - just slightly longer than 21 days! (23 May - 1 Aug!!) As we thought we are unable to release any equity, so our case is now being passed to the Repayments Plan Team to see if we can have the 12 month extension. Just hope they don't take 3 months to decide like just now! Just hoping they take into consideration my salary decrease of £75 per month this year and likely to be an additional £75 per month next year.
It's strange how you expect this to be the answer but there is always that tiny bit of hope that it will all be over by Christmas! Still Christmas 2013 will be the extra good Christmas for the girls now!
