Owing to change off job, I can't continue with my iva payments.
talking this over with my ip and now looking into selling flat, paying off iva with a f&f offer and leving me some money to start again.

have been talking things over with my G/F
(had to come clean about my debts)
we are now talking about moving in togerher.
As she has her own house,
will her house be self from my creditors.?
IVA now over with and it was worth it.
now starting my life again,

Hi. If the house is in her name it will not form part of your IVA, so will be safe.

It's good, in a way, that you have come clean ... at least you have some moral support nearby.

Best of luck with it.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014

same here!! I had only just met my partner a month after IVA agreed, I was terrified he would be very unimpressed and disappear but having explained circumstances surrounding it he was amazing and has continued to be so!! Wish I had known about this site over the past 5 years though. Seems full of very supportive folk. Why don't IPs recommend it so you dont feel like a social freak for 5 years??! Good Luck x
