I COMPLETED AN IVA 3 YEARS AGO (2009) AND MY BANK WAS WITH TSB DURING MY IVA I AM STILL BANKING WITH THEM, HOWEVER THEY WILL STILL ONLY ALLOW ME TO HAVE A BASIC CASH ACCOUNT AND WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO UPGRADE TO A CURRENT ACCOUNT. I HAVE EVEN TAKEN OUT A LOAN WITH PTP WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED IN SEPTEMBER 2012 TO INCREASE MY CREDIT RATING**NO DEFAULTS* I AM NOW THINKING OF CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH TSB AND OPENING A NEW ONE WITH HALIFAX OR BARCLAYS??? ANY ADVICE

Don't use Barclays they are useless.....
When I entered my IVA I went to Nat West and they were /are fantastic. I also have a business account with LLoyds TSB and they are great as well.
