After paying a lump sum in settlement, how long does it take to issue a Completion Certificate?

Hello,
The IP has to pay all of the creditors and sort out final admin - depends upon which company you are with.
Well done on completing.

I agree that it will depend on which company you are with. Once the settlement has been agreed and processed, creditors paid etc. You may have to wait a while for your certificate of completion. Again depends on the company. You may have to persistantly ask for it. Not to scare you but I was nearly a year getting mine. My case may be a one off and I hope you get yours a lot quicker

Congratulations on completing!!
It seems to be taking anything up to a year to close cases at the moment.

Congratulations on completing Joseph. If you have outstanding PPI claims it could hold up your completion certificate as that seems to be happening to some people on the forum
