Glad to hear you are sorted with certificate, could I ask when your last payment was as my last payment was in December 2011 with DFD and I am still waiting for my certificate!!!

Quite agree with you Arty, DFD should realise what an asset they have with Declan, i'm sure he must have daily headaches with all the problems that he is trying to sort out, bless him. xxx

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Hi, declan has just posted a statemet about cases and closure and you can email him if yours wasn't included in the 1st variation. I finished april in a f and f offer but I made 3 large lump sum payments from december 2011 towars the f and f. Final payment was april. I had no house as I lost this due to my iva and not being able to keep up payments on my secured loan etc. So I had nothing to look into really regarding equity. I was in the may variation and got my certificate this weekend by email from declan

Almost feel sorry for declan seems to be having a hard time. He's always helped me "no problem" was always the reply. Probably wanted to say something rude to me at some point but never did of course lol!
