Hi Everyone - thank you for your continuing care, support and assistance.

I have just received "Notice that the Individual Voluntary Arrangement is fully implemented" letter from my IP (GT).

Is this same as 'Completion Certificate'?

I have checked 'www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk' and still says status as current - seems like it will take another three months to disappear.

Have obtained Credit Report from Experian,Equifax and CallCredit Check (Noodle.co.uk).

Regarding to 'Default Statuses' should I approach Credit Reference Agencies or creditors directly?

I was told many times by GT CS that they will deal with reporting to CRAs but my IP just specified on this letter it is up to me.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks Aran

BTW BE & GT have taken 54% of my total contributions for their service.

Hi and congratulations! That piece of paper sounds like it could be the completion certificate but I'm not sure as I've never seen one in real life. Hopefully someone will be able to advise!

You can contact each of the creditors regarding defaults. The Data Controller or the complaints department are the two who usually correct the default dates.

Pretty hefty fee but you achieved what you set out to do!! So it's all good. x

Hi! Yes that is the completion certificate as that is exactly what mine says! It should have been accompanied by a letter stating that the cc is enclosed! Congratulations after all this time! You must be very relieved! Go and celebrate :)

Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

Thank you all again.

Just quick update :)

www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk has removed my details after informing them of completion of IVA - perhaps they received their copy too? Very speedy response!

Have also informed all three CRAs to amend 'Public Record' information.

Egg, MAX Recovery took a while to come up with contact details of their 'Credit Reporting Team'.

I'm still waiting to hear back from 'Credit Reporting Teams' to amend 'Default date' to 'IVA agreed date'. Perhaps I should have done this right after commencing IVA.

How do I find out if any restriction is flagged on my property?

Is there anything else I am missing here?

Sorry guys, there are no clear instructions on how IVA should end and what we should be doing.

No one from BE or GT have contacted me but they nagged me to signup at the beginning of IVA - around nine calls within a week.

I'm definitely not recommending BE or GT to anyone at all!

Thanks Again.
Aaran

If you signed an RX1 form the IP should now remove this. You could ask them for confirmation it has been done. Otherwise I think it is the Land Registry but can't be sure. Congrats again x
