My via is finished at the end of month and I have just been sent PPI forms

Hi Joe - it is a common frustration at the moment but not one you can get around unfortunately. Make sure you stress to your IVA company if you do not feel you have been misold PPI as there should be no claim made if you haven't.

Seems like a way for Insolvency Practioners to justify some additional fee income or is that just me being sceptical as GT are peeing me off sending me these forms 18 months after my full and final was agreed but not got completion docs due to dividneds being distributed incorrectly, rant over!
