Yes, I heard this on the news about minimal pricing for alcohol in Scotland, and thought it was outrageous. Will this affect the price of whiskey in England, I wonder? I hope not, I need my Glenlivet!

I dont think the price will differ in England - however there are already talking about following the same route. It will be like going on holiday South of the Border for the cheaper alcohol
