Hi
We have our meeting on Friday but today I have received notification of court proceedings being intitiated on behalf of halifax one of our creditors. What should I do. ignore it and await for the outcome of the meeting on contact grant thornton for them to deal with?

If your meeting is Friday then the creditors will not have time to take you to court.

I would let GT know though so they are in the loop.
