Hi
We have our meeting on Friday but today I have received notification of court proceedings being intitiated on behalf of halifax one of our creditors. What should I do. ignore it and await for the outcome of the meeting on contact grant thornton for them to deal with?

If your meeting is Friday then the creditors will not have time to take you to court.
I would let GT know though so they are in the loop.

well todays the day don't think I could be more anxious. still so worried about the dividend but trying to remain optimistic. Roll on 3.30 fingers xx

Good luck today, we had ours accepted with gt yesterday, they said they would call me at 3.30, noone rang so I rang them at 4.45, don't be worried if they don't call dead on 3.30, good luck xxx
