Hi there, I have completed my IVA agreement last October 2011 and recieved my Completion Certificate 3 weeks ago, where I had not missed any payments over 5 years. Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a lender who may consider going anywhere near me for a mortgage!!? My parents have offered to help get me back on the first rung again by putting up some form of deposit, but somewhat understandably (also because of the credit crunch) no one wants to go near me now with regards to lending mortgages, but I have to start somewhere even if im paying more. Anything you can help me with on this would be appreciated. Thanks
