Michelle

If I were acting for you I would definately put forward an offer of full and final settlement based on the payments you have made into the IVA to date. I have had to do these for a few of my clients recently, and none of them have been turned down. It is not your fault that you are in the position, and you definately should not be penalised for it as a result. Ask to speak directly to your IP and see how she feels about making such offer - and don't be afraid of her, she will not bite!!

I hope Mels advice above gives you the confidence to make the call Michelle.

This is your life and you need to get something sorted to stop the worry and stress. I would definitely speak to them asap and ask them to put forward a variation to conclude the IVA.

Please let us know how you get on.

Good luck Michelle - pick up that phone and have a chat to your IP.

A roof over your head is the most important thing in my honest opinion.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
