Recently I posted on here regarding the above.

I emailed them with questions and got a bog standard reply.
However, when trying to reply to their email with more questions it keeps bouncing.
Even the email from the letter bounces now.

I basically asked the question would the PPI claim affect the closure of my IVA in December,if the forms not filled out in time or not at all?

Since I got this form I have been bombarded with PPI claim txts, the odd missed call from unknown numbers.
Who has shared this information DFD?
I wonder?

Not impressed with this basic level of information and trying to find out more.
Shame on you.
Lastly, the form is shoddy, full of spelling errors and grammar :(

Acorn - the texts and missed calls - does NOT mean your information has been shared By DFD - I frequently get both text and calls - and my IVA finished over 10 years ago. Often these numbers are sold on - and both the calls and the text can come from outside the UK - which means the Telephone Preference service doesnt work

I get calls about PPI all the time and there is nothing I can do about it except change my number...not sure Mel would be happy about that! Companies cannot share your information with other companies without your agreement or your refusal to let them if they have informed you that is their intention so DFD will not be to blame for the calls you are getting - either way, doesn't stop it being really frustrating does it!

seems to me like these companys like dfd and gt are collapsing under there own pile of work.
is it greed or have they just bit off more than they can chew.
this ppi crap is just the thing to get right up my nose as its been tagged on at the present as "we need to see if there is any to get"and this just makes thing 10 times longer.i bet if we did not make a payment they would chuck the book at you and expect you to jump, but ask them to do there part and its silence.theres a storm brewing in some quaters of the iva empire(not all as some ips are in the real world)and it aint gonna be to our advantage.
