You have done your best throughout the iva so fingers crossed your ip does try to convince creditors to accept payments to date and complete iva early.

Good news at last!!!! My creditors have agreed to accept all payments to date as full and final can't tell u how happy this makes me. At last.
Still. It over just yet though as I have to wait for all the PPI bits to come back and something to do with VAT from hm revenues and custom.
Quick question regarding PPI are they just goo g for the PPI on named creditors in my Iva or do they look back over my whole credit history?? Just wondered that's all??

Excellent news Tracey - really pleased for you.

Not sure about the PPI thing - I presume it is just the creditors involved in the IVA.

hi im just wondering if anyone can tell how long they had to wait for PPI claims through IVA company to be finalised and the VAT claim.
I was told i no longer had to pay any more payments back in January and have heard nothing from VN since.
any advice?

I'm not sure to be honest but it does appear to vary between companies. Give them a ring on Tuesday and hopefully they'll be able to tell you how much longer (approx) you have to wait.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
