All defauls should be dated no later than the date the IVA was approved, once the IVA is complete the DFN should be marked as settled/ satisfied or partially satisfied.

Even when settled they will remain for 6yrs from the date they were entered which should be the date the IVA was approved or before.

I thought they had it wrong, more so as that some were shown as default months after my IVA completed.

I'll check to see if anything has been updated on my credit file and if not I'll write to them once more to see if they want to play ball, if not then I will take things further.
IVA completed 29th July 2011.

They should change it but if not write to the informationer commissioner who will deal with it
