There's been a lot less than 20% accepted - it is down to affordability and, as Foggy says, if that is your best offer they will see that.

Your IP would not be putting forward a proposal if they did not think it had a good chance of being accepted.

20% sounds pretty healthy to me! Plenty of ivas are accepted with far lower dividends. x

They agreed the i v a just got to email them back
How long will the bank accounts stay open as the charges are quite a lot
Will they be frozen from the meeting date or much later
Legally were does this now stand

Hi Peter, I'm a little unsure from your post of what exactly you mean, but all your credit accounts will still be active (but frozen) and won't close until your IVA completes.

Your bank accounts, have you opened a new account unrelated to your creditors? if you have, this won't be frozen (like it would be in BR)

You won't accrue any more charges on any of your debts now you have the protection of the IVA

There is no ccjs on my credit account up to the meeting on the 2/3/2012
As everything is upto date Will they still put ccjs on these accounts

Update love this one got to renew my liabity insurance had to tell them about the
I v a guess what premiums jumped up from £200 to £320 plus most online insurers won't touch you
Great just when u think u sorted things out someone screws u over
Won't mind never made a claim in 25 years when I asked they said u are ow a greater risk

Idiots thinking you'll put in a fraudulent claim to get money! Shows how little they understand ivas...who'd risk prison to give their creditors a higher dividend. Like I said...idiots!!
