I don't think there is a maximum - it's all about how much you can afford to repay and whether the creditors accept that level of repayment in preference to bankruptcy.
Agree with Vince - there is no maximum at all. Have a chat with one or two experts via www.iva.com. The companies on there all have reviews and you can get free advice from them.

Hi Tina - welcome to the forum. How much debt do you have? as the others say, there is no limit but is depends on your affordability and overall circumstances to see if an IVa is viable. Any of the experts will talk through the options with you once they know more about your situation.

No limit as i understand, i remember neil Morrissey getting one for 2.5 million a few years ago so skys the limit i guess as long as the dividend repayed is acceptable by the creditors.
