I don't think there is a maximum - it's all about how much you can afford to repay and whether the creditors accept that level of repayment in preference to bankruptcy.

What is the figure you are concerned about?
Completion certificate received 31 March 2012.

Agree with Vince - there is no maximum at all. Have a chat with one or two experts via www.iva.com. The companies on there all have reviews and you can get free advice from them.

The 2 replies so far would appear to be correct, as I remember actor Neil Morrissey entering into an IVA 3 years ago owing 2.5 million !!

Hi Tina - welcome to the forum. How much debt do you have? as the others say, there is no limit but is depends on your affordability and overall circumstances to see if an IVa is viable. Any of the experts will talk through the options with you once they know more about your situation.

No limit as i understand, i remember neil Morrissey getting one for 2.5 million a few years ago so skys the limit i guess as long as the dividend repayed is acceptable by the creditors.
IVA completion and certificate received 08/10/2012!!!

Hi - there's a list of firms at www.iva.com with customer reviews. Speak to a couple to compare advice and see what they say about all the debt solutions available to you x
