Now even coming up to closual i have no proper contact of who is dealing with this, i just harrass my IP intead now.

Would be nice to just have a contact name/no/email for quieries.

my veiw is if they muck up in the way they run things then they will hit the wall and go under.the only way to get yourself sorted is to get what you think is right and not just accept what they say as reguards to the way they run there company.this has nothing to do with the way they act reguards your proposal as thats not in your hands or theres to change.if theclients are not happy with things they must at least look into the way they work and try and improve the way they work.thats a basic remit for any company and if they just stick there head in the sand they will suffer down the line as theres always a another company who will be willing to oblige.i know a lot of you think you cant change things by the replys to this post but thats not correct you can influence the future of the way a company thinks.

Hi all, just to let you know that we do read all of your posts and we do take your comments on board.

With regards to offering PayplanPlus to clients within Bespoke Solutions (Self Employed IVA's)these clients run from a different department within the company and we therefore need to build the platform for them to access PayplanPlus. This is currently on the agenda for our IT to do this.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for explaining that, but I don't have a self employed IVA with Payplan, I just have a normal one.

It is my Husband who is self employed and I am the one with the IVA and not him, would that make a difference?

Hi SuperGert, I have taken over from Nick answering on the forum, so thought I'd quickly jump in on this one... As the majority of your income is coming from self employment you have to be dealt with through our Bespoke Solutions department.
Many Thanks

Hi Gemma

I'd like to also welcome you to the forum. I am sure that your input will be valuable to both Payplan and non-Payplan clients, and don't worry too much about the flack! There is much good work done on the forum, and we all get a bashing from our clients at times!
Regards, Melanie Giles, Insolvency Practitioner

Hello, Gemma, and welcome. I will say, from the off, that I have been a critic of Payplan of late, due to an, apparent, change of attitude at the core of the company. That said I am sorry to see Nick go, as he has been of great help to Payplan clients, as I am sure you will be also (better looking too !).
