They should drop off automatically - perhaps there is a computer problem?

Perhaps they have to have someone to remove them - I've no idea.
At least your others have been removed now.

One of my defaults should have dropped off Equifax on 21/02/12, but it is still there. It has come off Experian, no issue. I have contacted them and am awaiting a reply. Probably a computer problem then.
I've no idea - you need to keep pushing them daily and threaten to escalate the problem if it continues.

Just an update. Equifax have at last amended their mistake it has taken ove three weeks to sort out.
I'll have to continue paying £6.99 a month subscription just to make sure they don't mess up again. It makes you wonder are they real "mistakes" or just a ploy to keep you paying.
Great news, just checked, and mine has been corrected too. Still not heard anything from them, but checked after reading madwales' post.
Hope it is now sorted for all concerned.

I just noticed Equifax is down at the moment, could it be they are sorting their issues out?
