Hi, having read some other posts about noodle credit report I decided to register with them, everything looked as I thought it would with loads of reds but then I looked at the balances and it looks like one of my creditors is adding interest as the balance is increasing, it's now £500 more than when I started the IVA, (it's Lloyds TSB credit card) is this right or is it something I should talk to my IP about? x

It can happen claire, they should have stopped all the defaults but some just dont plau ball! dont worry tho your protected by the IVA and once completed they have to amend their records and your credit file when all defaults after your IVA start date have to be removed!

They are entitled to keep defaulting you until the end but then they have to amend them. Don't worry about the balances either.

Thanks for all your replies but it wasn't the defaults a was worried about I expected them tbh it was the interest being charged on one of them that I wasn't sure about x

Hi Claire, I noticed the same about mine, some were around £500 - £800 more than when I started the IVA. Others were at 0 ( my overdraft) and for some the balance had reduced as well ( Egg). I'm not concerned, just a lot of clearing up to do at the end.

I've just signed up to it and it is quite good - agrees with that on the free Annual Credit Report.

Was interested to note that it only has my my husband listed as joint on the mortgage. Doesn't mention the secured loan or the joint loans that we had!!

You may find the joint loans appear on Equifax or Experian - not all creditors use all 3 rating agencies. I've noticed that the public record (court order) of my IVA only appears on Experian but not Equifax or Callcredit.

Won't be doing the 'proper' ones until the end of my IVA but it does appear with the free annual credit report.
