Just an update on this. I managed to email Northern Rock after sending the letter in and they replied saying that I now need to speak to NRAM as when Northern Rock went belly up it split the company and my file went to NRAM. So..... I managed to speak to a lovely lady at NRAM who tried to speak to my IP with no joy and she has asked me to fax across a copy of my completion cert, which I did this morning. She says that the credit files will be updated at midnight tonight and that will be an end to it. Phew, what a relief.
