Even though my IVA is now complete, thanks to a Full and Final funded by redundancy, this morning I got a statement/bill from Bank of Scotland saying I was late with February's payment. My f&f was accepted in September and I received my completion certificate in November.

I really dont want to start ringing them and wondered if I can forward this to my IP ??
all done now :-)

This one will be down to you I think. Once your completion certificate is issued, your IP ceases to act on your behalf, and closes your case. This should be written on your certificate.

It really does depend on how helpful your IP is. At the very least he should be able to confirm that the debt has been discharged in the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Personally I would just return the bill with a letter and a copy of your completion letter. Politely ask them to check their records and to stop bothering you.

You may also like to check your credit record to make sure they have not re-appeared on there.

I agree with kazza. It's nothing to worry about anyway as they can do nothing.
