Ryan - nomoremoney is known to be cynical and negative about most things so I wouldn't worry too much about his posts. The vast majority of us don't.

Keep up the good work Ryan - we appreciate you being on here and giving up your time.

Please ignore the comments made Ryan, by all means respond and put the poster right as it's not good to have incorrect or inaccurate comments made.

You have helped many people on here and we would hate it if negativity turns you away!

Ryan, I doubt I'll ever need a mortgage ( would LIKE one one day, but age is not on my side !)but would like to say that the results you have achieved so far do, indeed, speak for themselves. Keep up the good work.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Ryan, I need to known something specific about this subject.Of course getting a mortgage or loan is possible after any debt resolution. That much is certain and was never in doubt in my mind.

Which Banks (is/are) offering the loans and what are the rates and deposit required and how does it fair with High street lenders? I don't generally use brokers unless I have to.

I understand some detail offerings are on a case to case basis but what's the general situation. Is 70% LTV possible with a 20% deposit within 3 years out of an IVA.

Hi 785583,

Yes is it possible, but depends on so many factors. There is not a general situation. as every case is different.

You will need to find an Independent broker in order to get help with this. The high street banks will not help you.

Ok,looks like l'll be dropping you a personal line Ryan. So the high street lenders wouldn't play ball after all even when the debts are paid.Specialist lenders will...mmmm.
