Get a letter confirming you were told to stop paying.

Also ask why vn have decided at such a late stage to chase ppi up?

They are becoming rather annoying given that ppi claims have been doing the rounds for a few years now!

Give your company a ring... it could be that this is just a standard letter that goes out when payments are not received. We got an I&E request very close to our completion, when we contacted your company we were told to ignore this, as it was an automatically generated letter that goes out to everyone. Let's hope that this is the case for you.

well this is gonna be a very very tight xmas.... having spoken with my IP last nite he is now saying that i can afford to £200 per month i dont quite undrstand where this is gonna come from i agree on paper it does seem like that but in reality i dont understand how im gonna pay it. i only have 5 months left and this is really starting to get to me. i say 5 months but i then have some arrears to clear as well. so this could turn into another year yet!!!!!

Right bit of a long one again but after finally agreeing the above and just recieving the paper work and creditors have been informed. I awoke saturday morning to some very annoying post in the form of adjusted housing benefit and council tax benefit so long story short they are now saying they have over paid me and i am not entitled to as much as they first thought. So where does this leave me..... well the £200 VN worked out as my disposable income is not in actual fact going to have to go to rent and will leave me no disposable income.

So am i right in thinking that they will now again have to write to my credititors asking to accept everything to date as full and final??? i am so close but things keep popping up now that are making me think things are gonna go all arong at the last hurdle???

First thing Monday morning I would ring the IP and explain what has happened now. Hopefully the creditors will see sense and accept payments to date to end the IVA.

Ther eis little sense in failing an IVA when you have come so far.
