hopefully this hasnt just affected our credit ? but if you are who you say you are then perhaps the site should be clearer that the chat box is there and that it can resolve issues im not impressed with our advisor but was impressed with kirsy and how she prompted them to ring but its a shame i had to do that to get a contact !

For the record I did attempt to support you through this forum and the information I asked for is a simple ticket number that can not be used by anyone to identify themselves as you.
This would have enabled me to identify your case and take action for you.
I'm sorry orange but David has done everything he can to help you. The live chat box is under the phone number on the website and is quite clear. I understand that not everyone will be happy with the service from every company but you do seem to be giving David a hard time here when he's trying to help.
Orange has had a less than good experience. I have tried to help, however I get the underlying vibe that my reluctance to be too promoting in your forum may have not inspired confidence in Orange to disclose any information.
Lets be honest, loans are personal, your data is personal and the decisions made in the pursuit of them is personal and we do need to respect that. I understand completely.
i appreciate that dave but youve got to see it from my point of view this sites annoymous and i feel like my barriers have been crossed .And i really didnt know at that point that you were who you said you were and felt that the advisor hadnt done what he should have and therefore let you guys down ,enough for me to go on the chat and express my views...like i said to kirsty its a shame i had to point out the issues before they were resolved.! strangely enough the chat worked.The advisor rang!
