I have spoken to my advisor and have given him the details of the car I am interested in. He put this through to the lenders and I got an immediate yes... just need to view and test drive the car now. Going to try and do that tomorrow evening.

Will update as soon as I have any news. No deposit, but will be discussing part ex with dealer. As I understand it Cl4u will fund the full amount... not sure of the interest rate yet, but the monthly payments seem very reasonable for people like us.
Have been told if I like the car after the test drive tonight Cl4u can supply the funds as early as tomorrow if needs be. Will know more after test drive tonight.
Once the finance agreement has been signed and all the i's dotted and t's crossed, then I will post the finance terms (it may help people in the future).

Well had my test drive and all went well. Spoke to Car Loans 4 U and asked for the credit agreement for signing. Ashamed to say I still don't know much about Interest Rates, but don't think the deal I have is too bad, and I am happy with it, which is the main thing. Deal offered APR 15.4% I expected it to be alot higher than that, given I have just completed an IVA. Even after I take account of the monthly payments, I will still be several hundred pounds a month better off than when I was paying the IVA.

Hi
Really good news and your experience will help many.

If you can post the cost and repayment details once you know them it will help.
I guess that it is a personal loan if there is no deposit paid ?

Regards
