Make sure you name and shame. They should hopefully have tapes of the conversation to listen to.

Sorry Stewart - looks like I advised you wrong and you have to go through complaints first. I honestly thought it was the other way round so big apologies!
I would follow the others advice and look at the complaints procedure on their website.

Hope you get on ok.

When originally accepted i was on Acting up pay, which stopped 6 month into iva. My Payments have been based on this ever since, so therefore i do not benefit any from the 10% 50/50 rule. Also my supposed expendature changes every 6 month without any consultation it has apparently reduced by 90 pounds per month (if only)since the start of IVA. i cant get a straight Answer and now this tonight....

You do need someone to have a look at it. Hopefully one of the experts will be on later to advise

Hi Stewart59, i hope you can get this sorted not very nice to hear that you have been made to feel like this and hopefully there will be an apology forthcoming.
Om shanti, namesté, good luck to all who are embarking on the IVA journey, it isn't always an easy one but the outcome is the best.

IVA COMPLETED August 2012, received Completion certificate 18.4.13.

they should not be reducing your i@e every month without your say so.this should be done once a year unless you advise them of any changes that come up.you will get this sorted out as they will not want to be seen to be doing things wrong especially your ip.
get the complaints procedure started and wait for the call.defo name and shame the employee as its not on to be so spitefull regaurdless of if they are having a bad day or not.
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards

Have they not reviewed your payslips & seen your reduction in income? With expenditure keep receipts of everything you buy & I mean everything!! Then send in to prove your expenditure. It worked for me. Whilst an IVA is not easy road it is supposed to be fair.
Complaints - always use internal process & then this can be passed onto a separate body a bit like the financial ombudsman. If you follow this process your complaint will be looked at fairly. You may not get the answer you want but my company (payplan) have a person who manages all their complaints & has sided with me in more than one occasion saving me money that was vitally needed.
The road is 72months long starting September 2010.
