Hi, We started our IVA in March this year with PayPlan and I am already worried about our annual review! What do they actually ask to see, wage slips and bank statements like before and is that for the whole year?
Hi and welcome to the forum, we all tend to feel a bit anxious about reviews. Some of our posters are with Payplan and will be along soon to advise as it does appear to vary from IP to IP. x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
I'm with Payplan and have only ever had to provide quarterly payslips and never had to provide bank statements. You'll have to provide a new income and expenditure sheet each year.

Payplan do tend to move the goalposts at times so it is best to sort it out with your case officer.

Our IVA's over YIPPEE unbelievable!Seems like yesterday it was approved despite everything
I`ve been with payplan since 2008 and just completed my 3rd year. My annual reviews have all been quite painless. I have a telephone appt to go over my income and expenditure, I am then requested to send my last 3 months payslips and my P60 but seeing as I send my payslips quarterly anyway they`ve usually already got them. I then receive an updated income and expenditure form to sign and then a couple of months later I receive a copy of a report listing all payments to creditors and my updated dividend forecasts. If you have any queries contact your case officer by phone or e-mail and they`ll run through everything for you. I know its easy to say but try not to worry.
as melodybaines says that is just the way i do it as well.if you log into payplan plus (payplans online site)you can instantly see your old i@e change to what you have agreed to over the phone.it is all painless and as i too have just completed my third reveiw they are very good at doing this.dont worry at all about it.
just print yourself a copy of your income and expenditure sheet and write in by each entry what you are actullay paying then when you go through it with them you have everything at hand and they can immediatly update it.
i got a letter 5 mins after on my inbox stating all the changes and that there was to be no increase this year.just printed that off and sent it back signed same day.
try not to worry it is very painless [:D]
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards
Same with me melody - my reviews have been painless as well.
I love Payplan plus, means I can keep an eye on my IVA!

oooh I'm with Payplan what is payplan plus? I'm a bit of a control freak so like the idea of keeping an eye on things online, is this open to all payplan customers?

Payplan plus is great - you will need your Payplan ID and I think you should be able to sign up with just that and you can see how much you have paid in and your I&E etc.

Hi,
so will they need proff that your expenses are what you say they are?? like when you originally set the plan up? or is it just verbal? or does it depend on how much it has increased?
IVA accepted 31.05.11 and 2 reviews DONE!!! Wow,nearly approaching my third. can't believe how time has flown!
December 2015 - made a one off payment and made a settlement of the IVA!! recieved certificate in May. - all completd and now I can get on with my life
They have always accepted what I have said but the proviso is there to provide proof if they ask for it.
