Keep all your bank statements, pay slips and bills safe. What each IP requests may differ but if you have all of these you'll be fine. If any expenditure goes up you can easily justify it if you have the bills to back it all up. Oh and save your P45

Hey Daveychef and JetSetWilly - congratulations to you both! A day to remember! And Daveychef it's hard now with your relationship break up but keep strong - you are doing the right thing and just trust your gut feeling and go with it - it's never wrong.

My creditors meeting is on 17th but Im not worried - what will be will be - we all have our path so no point fighting it - but our gut instinct is ALWAYS right.

You've done the right thing!

Congratulations again - a great achievement!

Congrats - daveychef - The IVA journey can be hard at times - but it will help you cope and deal with the other things you have going on in your life.

Dont forget the forum is good for a moan/whinge or even a few good jokes, and to share with other people, life experiences.

Well done, its a really important first step, just remember to budget like crazy and make sure that you keep the contingency fund tucked away somewhere safe, you never know which is the next household appliance to bite the dust.

Best of luck on your IVA journey
