Hi. Always reading posts on this sight. Really love the advise. So I'm needing some right now. Iva. Start date Jan 2006. It was £300 per month. Cos of bonus etc and changing. Jobs went up to £700 per month. Lost my job and had payment break. Made good will payments. Got a job five months later. Variation meeting. Brought payments to £357 company told to reduce fees but they have extended by one year. I feel hard done to as they based my arrears. On the £700 payment. Also creditors agreed no min dividend. Feel like I'm being hard done to. Another year to do when I should be soon making my last payment x x

Personally I would request they review there decision as in my opinion it should be based on the original agreement .... Unless when the variation to reduce payments from £700 to £357 there were also new stipulations around minimal payment etc.
Sharing from experiences of dealing with debt

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !

Look at my blog "All I wanted was a baby"

Just a little 'tweet' to say hope you get things sorted Malcolme
Years ago we had parakeets then a parrot at one point, the parrot turned out to be an illegal import (we bought it out of sympathy from a pet shop because it looked really sad) which gave my husband (then boyfriend) psitticosis through which his lung collapsed and he almost died. I can still remember sitting looking at his pile of Xmas presents on the chair on Xmas eve and crying my eyes out thinking he wasn't coming out of the hospital! Best wishes
