After ringing coop up Thursday evening to open their cash minder account the lady said it was normally 2 days and we would receive things to sign. Does anyone know what is to be signed and how long it took to receive account number etc? Really need to sort thus asap. Thank you.

Hi Blueeyes,

I am sure you will have something through soon. If you've not heard by the end of the week then I'd give them a ring to see what is happening.

I think when we opened ours last year it was almost a couple of weeks, I have heard that they are a little inundated at the moment with applications but you could always call them to ask how yours is progressing?

Ours took about a week for card and account details to arrive. As far as I rmember, I think I only had to sign confirming receipt of the card ( but then I have trouble remembering what I had for breakfast ... or IF I had breakfast !!!).

Hi - I waited a few days then rang them just to get the account number so I could change my wages over.

Had no problems with them so far!
